Most operational positions include multiple progression levels, allowing staff members to gradually develop their skills and responsibilities over time.
Entry-level stage for newly trained staff members developing operational understanding and experience.

800 Bloxburg Cash/hour
Standard operational level for staff members who consistently demonstrate strong understanding of their role and responsibilities.

Highest operational recognition level for staff members who demonstrate exceptional professionalism, reliability, teamwork, leadership qualities, and contribution.

Joining the CT Hotels & Resorts staff team involves a structured process designed to prepare applicants for hotel operations and ensure they meet our operational standards.
Submit an application through our Application Centre when applications are open, which is usually all the time.
Applicants must meet our eligibility requirements, including being in both our Roblox Group and Discord Server and ensuring their Roblox account is correctly linked in our Discord Server.
Application results are sent through Discord direct messages.
Successful applicants receive trainee access and become eligible to attend a training session for their chosen role.
Trainees are expected to remain active and monitor training announcements within the Discord Server.
Communication is essential when placing training attendances.
Trainees complete practical hotel training where they learn operational procedures, communication expectations, and service standards for their selected role.
Once training is successfully completed, staff members officially begin working within hotel operations and become eligible for progression, rewards, and future opportunities.
Application availability and recruitment statuses may vary depending on operational requirements and staffing needs.

Once an application is successfully approved, applicants receive Trainee access and become eligible to attend hotel training sessions.
Training sessions are hosted through scheduled public trainings and trainee-request availability slots announced within the Discord Server. Trainees may request which hotel role they would like to train for when training opportunities become available.
During training, trainees learn operational procedures, communication expectations, service standards, and the responsibilities of their selected role before officially joining hotel operations.
Training sessions may vary in duration depending on the position, operational requirements, and overall trainee experience level.
Please note that trainees should only request or claim training opportunities if they are certain they can attend the full training once scheduled or confirmed.
Operational success at CT Hotels & Resorts depends heavily on teamwork, communication, organisation, and coordination between staff members across all operational areas.
From hotel sessions and guest experiences to events and operational support, departments work closely together to maintain the standards and atmosphere expected throughout our hotels.
In addition to hotel operations, staff members may also participate in internal activities, collaborative experiences, community events, and staff-exclusive gatherings designed to strengthen engagement and teamwork across the community.
Staff members are expected to remain reasonably active and contribute consistently to hotel operations. Operational staff are generally required to complete a minimum of 2 hours of active on-duty time per month in order to maintain active staff status, excluding approved leave or absences in special cases.
However, overall contribution is not assessed purely through numbers alone. Consistency, professionalism, communication, genuine interest, teamwork, and overall involvement within the community may also be considered when reviewing staff activity and long-term participation.
The CT Hotels & Resorts Headquarters serves as the operational centre of the organisation and supports multiple areas of hotel operations, staff coordination, and training activities.
Staff members may utilise dedicated operational spaces within the headquarters, including training facilities, collaborative areas, meeting spaces, and additional staff-only environments designed to support a more organised and immersive hospitality experience.
The introduction of the headquarters has allowed operations, trainings, and internal systems to become more centralised and structured across the organisation.

Our founder and CEO, ChristianTube (a.k.a. itschristiantube). He founded CT Hotels & Resorts on February 4th 2021 and is in charge of making the important decision for the hotel business. He is the creative mind behind everything CT.
Our Hotel Reception Manager is Suki. She is in charge of ensuring that the reception operations are smooth and with no errors. She supervises and helps improve the receptionists overall performance to ensure we meet our hotel standards at all times.
