Today, CT Hotels & Resorts officially began the first reveal of "A New Era", starting with a major transformation for our staff team.
Day 1 introduces a series of structured improvements focused on fairness, recognition, professionalism, and long-term growth within our organisation.
A structured hourly compensation system has been introduced for all staff members.
Under this system:
Staff will receive 1,000 Bloxburg cash per hour (subject to change at any moment, refer to our policies for up-to-date information)
Compensation will be calculated precisely based on minutes attended during each hotel session
This ensures that time and contribution are recognised fairly and transparently.
To support this system, a new structured logging process will be implemented through our Discord server.
Staff will be required to log:
When they join a session
When they go AFK
When they return
When they leave
This formalised tracking promotes accountability, accuracy, and a higher operational standard across all sessions.
Beyond compensation, A New Era introduces a renewed focus on recognition.
This includes:
Staff of the Month
Performance-based acknowledgements
Additional reward opportunities for consistent contribution and professionalism (which may include, and are not limited to, Bloxburg Cash, in-hotel rewards, and even Robux in the near future)
Recognition will be based on measurable activity and dedication, reinforcing fairness across the team.
To strengthen internal culture, staff-only activities will be introduced, including organised engagement events such as internal game nights.
These initiatives aim to build a stronger and more connected team environment.
As part of this transformation, CT Hotels & Resorts will introduce:
A wider variety of staff roles
Clearer progression pathways
New higher-ranking opportunities as the organisation continues to grow
A dedicated website page will also be launched, displaying all available staff positions along with detailed information about each role.
Each new position will be announced through our official platforms.
With structured compensation, formal recognition, expanded opportunities, and stronger internal engagement, Day 1 marks a significant step towards greater professionalism and sustainability within CT Hotels & Resorts.

CT Hotels & Resorts was founded on February 4, 2021, by ChristianTube (a.k.a. itschristiantube). Initially, the focus was on creating Roblox games, including a hotel resort and a training center. Over the past four years, CT Hotels & Resorts has expanded its portfolio, enhanced guest experiences, and solidified its reputation for luxury and excellence in the Bloxburg hotel industry.
