CT Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the re-opening of applications for two of our key internal departments — the Public Relations Department and the Support Team — alongside the introduction of important improvements aimed at strengthening department operations, engagement, and overall performance.
This initiative forms part of our ongoing efforts to refine internal systems and ensure that all areas of our organisation operate at the high standards expected across CT Hotels & Resorts.
Departments play a vital role in the day-to-day operations and overall experience within CT Hotels & Resorts. From community engagement to guest support, these teams are responsible for maintaining professionalism, organisation, and activity across our platforms.
Over time, we have identified areas where improvements were needed — particularly in relation to activity levels, consistency, and overall contribution. In some cases, departments experienced reduced engagement, often due to a lack of structured incentives and long-term motivation.
As part of our continued development, we are now taking a more structured approach to department operations — ensuring that expectations are clearly defined, performance is recognised, and contributions are properly valued.
To support this shift, we have introduced a performance-based rewards and recognition system across our departments.
This system is designed to:
Encourage consistent activity and meaningful contribution
Recognise members who actively support operations
Provide incentives for high-quality work and dedication
Create a more structured and rewarding department experience
Department members may now receive rewards based on their activity, performance, and quality of work, allowing them to benefit from their contributions while helping improve the overall community experience.
This marks a transition from a purely voluntary structure to a more balanced system — one that recognises effort while maintaining professionalism and standards.
With these improvements in place, applications for both departments have now been officially re-opened.
