On the evening of 27 June 2025, CT Hotels & Resorts hosted one of its most special and unforgettable community events to date — the Meteor Party & Map Farewell Celebration, held just before the long-anticipated revamp of the Welcome to Bloxburg map on 28 June 2025. The event brought together our hotel’s dedicated community and new faces from across Bloxburg, united in one purpose: to celebrate all the incredible memories created on the original map before it disappeared.

The night began with a vibrant nighttime pool party at the Royal Pools of CT The Royal Hotel, featuring a floating DJ stand at the centre of the pool. Guests danced together under the stars to lively music, enjoyed refreshments from our open ground floor restaurants — The Fountain Lounge and NExpress — and reflected on the map we’ve all grown up with. The entire event was free and open to everyone, with only the hotel’s ground level and parking accessible to preserve the event’s relaxed and open-party atmosphere. No rooms were sold, and the focus was fully on community celebration.

Shortly after the pool party, we kicked off a series of fun games with prizes. The first game was a Bloxburg Trivia Challenge, where guests earned points by correctly answering questions about the current Bloxburg map. The player with the most points won $5,000 Bloxburg cash. Next came the “Guess the Location” typing game, hosted at the same poolside DJ area — players had to correctly identify Bloxburg locations based on clues, with the winner receiving $10,000. For the third game, we moved to the front of the hotel, where we played a lively round of musical chairs around the roundabout fountain at our main entrance — the winner of this fan-favourite game also took home $10,000.

To wrap up the games, we held a four-round photo search challenge on our Discord server. For rounds 1 to 3, participants raced to find a person hiding in a location shown in a photo, purely for fun. But in round 4, the stakes were higher — the first to find the final hidden person won a massive $25,000 Bloxburg cash prize — our biggest prize of the night! The excitement and energy throughout the games were unmatched, and it was clear that everyone had an incredible time.

Following the final game, everyone gathered for a special farewell train car ride around the entire Bloxburg map — a reflective journey through familiar streets and iconic spots, taken together for one last time before the map's transformation. It was a peaceful and memorable moment that allowed everyone to soak in the nostalgia and say goodbye to the world we’ve all grown so attached to.

As the event drew to a close, we gathered once more — this time on the rooftop of CT The Royal Hotel, which was opened exclusively for the occasion — for a group photo with a stunning view of the soon-to-be-gone map. After the photo, we returned to the Royal Pools one final time to watch a farewell fireworks show, lighting up the Bloxburg sky in celebration and reflection. This event wasn’t just a farewell — it was a heartfelt tribute to a map full of memories, and the perfect send-off to an era we’ll never forget.
