The Private Grand Opening Ceremony for CT The Flagship Hotel and the CT Hotels & Resorts Headquarters has now been successfully completed, marking one of the most significant milestones in the history of CT Hotels & Resorts.

Following months of preparation and the conclusion of “A New Era”, this exclusive event brought together a carefully selected group of attendees to experience the official launch of our 5th hotel and our first-ever Headquarters.

Event Overview

The ceremony welcomed approximately 30+ attendees, including a combination of official partners, ad partners, former collaborators, selected VIP Hotel Guests, and giveaway winners, alongside a dedicated team of staff members who ensured the event operated smoothly.

While initial plans considered reaching maximum capacity, the event was intentionally maintained at a controlled level to ensure a premium, well-managed, and realistic experience, particularly in line with the hotel’s room capacity and overall operational quality.

The Experience

The event began at CT The Flagship Hotel, where guests arrived to a fully operational environment for the very first time.

The hotel lobby quickly came to life, with guests forming a line at reception to check into their rooms — marking the first official check-ins at the property. Guests were then given time to explore the hotel, enjoy its facilities, and experience the environment independently.

Throughout this initial phase:

• The hotel’s main dining venue, The Restaurant, operated with buffet and table service

• The bar welcomed guests with drinks and a relaxed social atmosphere

• Guests experienced the hotel as its first official occupants

Later in the evening, the opening of the rooftop restaurant, The Rooftop, drew significant attention, with guests forming a queue even before opening. The space offered a relaxing indoor and outdoor dining experience, featuring panoramic views across Bloxburg, the Headquarters building, and the central courtyard.

A Unique Multi-Stage Experience

Following the hotel experience, guests were given the opportunity to stay overnight in their rooms, further enhancing the realism of the event.

The following day, attendees gathered outside the Headquarters building for a group photo, before entering the building together for the first time.

Guests were then taken on an exclusive guided tour of the Headquarters, showcasing a wide range of newly developed and previously unseen spaces, particularly those designed to support staff operations and collaboration.

This segment of the event received particularly strong reactions, with attendees expressing excitement and appreciation for the scale, design, and innovation of the new facility.

Red Carpet & Special Dinner

The highlight of the event followed later that evening with the red carpet experience and formal special dinner.

Guests had the opportunity to:

• Take individual and group photos on the red carpet

• Enjoy a formal and immersive dining experience within the Headquarters event hall

• Experience a carefully curated atmosphere combining professionalism with a relaxed and celebratory environment

The dinner featured a structured service with a pre-selected menu, accompanied by music and a social setting among partners, collaborators, and key members of the community.

Ceremonial Moment

During the dinner, a speech was delivered by the Founder of CT Hotels & Resorts, marking the official significance of the occasion.

The ceremony concluded with a celebratory moment, featuring confetti effects and stage elements within the event hall, creating a memorable and symbolic conclusion to the Private Grand Opening.
